The Beatrice Sausage Festival was held on November 5. It was a perfect day with gorgeous weather!
I was too busy parading around in a sausage costume to take any pictures, but my parents came to take care of Eileen. She had a great time, and I think that they really enjoyed having Eileen to themselves!
Eileen loved the bouncy inflatables, but she wasn't so sure about the pony rides...

Eileen also got to visit with Memommy and Grandaddy Don, who drove up from Mobile.

The Sausage Festival was a great success- and Eileen can't wait to go again next year!
