I am so proud to share that David is going to be participating in a Relay For Life event in Montgomery on Friday!
He is doing it in honor of my Papa, Bill Wehby, who is currently fighting a very aggressive brain cancer. (By the way, we would
really appreciate it if you could keep him and my Sittie in your prayers!).

Papa on Christmas Day, just two days after being diagnosed with brain cancer. |
Unfortunately, cancer seems to affect
everyone. Everyone has a family member, friend, or co-worker who has had to fight this awful disease. Too many of them have lost their battles. The American Cancer Society funds research to help put an end to cancer, and their Relay for Life fundraisers are an important way for individuals to participate and contribute to finding a cure for cancer.
In addition to knowing too many friends who have fought and are currently fighting cancer, David and I realized that six of Eileen's great-grandparents have had cancer in some form. Cancer has definitely touched our little family!
