Not much has been going on around here, but I thought I'd share a few pictures of Eileen:
Eileen is beginning to really enjoy her Bumbo seat.
These pictures are over a week old.
Eileen is getting better at sitting up in her Bumbo every day.
"Whoa!"
We realized that Eileen was dressed like her Madame Alexander Huggums doll:
They swear that they didn't plan on dressing alike.
Something sure is funny. Must be an inside joke.
And you can't see it, but Eileen is smiling at her Snoopy mobile. She LOVES Snoopy.
Yesterday, Eileen fell asleep in her swing. She looks like an adorable little buddha when she puts her hands on her knees like this:
When she wakes up while napping in her swing, she doesn't seem to remember that she is in her swing, and she thinks that she's falling. So she throws up her arms in the air as if to catch herself with every swing. I feel bad for laughing, but it's really funny.
Today, Eileen really enjoyed spending time in her bouncy seat. The seat vibrates and bounces and she LOVES it. For some reason, the yellow crab (on the left) plays a song with train sounds. David and I think that's strange, but Eileen is very entertained.
Side note: I often find myself humming the crab's train song throughout the day.
"A crab that plays train sounds? PERFECT!"
Eileen looks a little surprised. She loves to bat at the orange hippo on the right. I think she's a little embarrassed that I caught her beating up the poor orange hippo.
Eileen will be two months old tomorrow! I'll be sure to dress her up and take lots of pictures (if David can find the camera charger).
